After an awful rental last year, I went to view a property on The River with Waters Edge Homes, before I had already viewed the property they told me the negative points to the property, in this case, it only had a shower room rather than my preferred option of having a bath. They told me from the start what the costs were and there were no additional costs as I have found in the past. Alison promptly sent me all relevant paperwork and helped me with the references, which I also found cost relatively less than the previous agent I had dealings with in the past. Waters Edge made sure even with a quick turnaround in tenancies that the property was clean and in a good state for me to move in to. They are a small team of very friendly staff and when they come around for their inspections they always have smiles on their faces! I hope to be with them on a long term basis!!
